E ta un Brikam Ashtanga , hot hatha, vinyasa certified yoga teacher . Yohana a sintie asina feliz practicando yoga, cu el a dicidi pa bira un instructora di yoga. Yohana a atende diferente training internacional y local, el a haci su practica di Brikam Yoga mas fuerte, cual ta un practica den 105 degrees . Esaki ta un  practica cu tin disciplina y fortalesa pa bo\u2019 inner strenght\u2019. Den e etapa nobo aki, Yohana ta sintie bendiciona di ta  parti di un comunidad, cu cada dia ta crece mas riba nos isla. Su deseo ta grandi pa comparti y yuda tur studiante cu nan practica Yin Yoga, cu lo beneficia nos \u201814 skeletal segments\u2019, cu ta move nos 10 musculonan y 7 postura di yoga y variacionnan cu lo por sirbi cada studiante. Yohana Roos ta cuminsa dia 3 di mei cu YIN YOGA for di 8:30am-9:45am na Happy Budda Aruba.
