Recientemente, 29 studiante di Facultad di Hospitalidad y Turismo (FHTMS) di Universidad di Aruba (UA) como parti di nan curso di “Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE) Management” a presenta nan ideanan y a elabora riba e nuebe eventonan cu nan lo ta organisando. Durante ful e luna di april, cual ta e “Global Volunteer Month” ta celebra e trabou di voluntarionan mundialmente, ta enfoca riba e importancia y balor di un voluntario.
E proyecto ta un ehercicio cu ta permiti nuebe (9) grupo di studiante aplica e conocimento acumula di e teoria pa planea, organisa, y ehecuta un evento special pa recauda fondo pa un instancia den nos comunidad. E meta di e proyecto “Special Fundraising Event” ta pa desaroya e conocimento y habilidadnan di e studiantenan, pero mas aun motiva y involucra nan pa duna bek. Como futuro lider e aspecto aki ta un parti cardinal den nan desaroyo y nan compromiso cu comunidad.
Recientemente e gruponan a “pitch” nan idea / concepto na e representantenan di AHATA, QUOTA Aruba, ECO DMS, y Setar N.V. Nan presentacion a inclui informacion di e instancia, motibo dicon a scoge esaki, tipo di evento, con lo mercadea e evento, recursonan cu mester pa ehecuta (voluntario, cuminda, fondo, y mas). E meta tras di e presentacion tabata pa nan ricibi feedback riba nan evento for di e expertonan di industria y ricibi sosten pa por ehecuta esaki.
